ABOUT ME

A native of Caldwell County, I started my nursing career at Caldwell Memorial Hospital, now UNC Health Caldwell in 2001. I spent most of my time there in the intensive care unit and emergency department while pursuing a master’s degree in nursing and family nurse practitioner certification. My career as a nurse practitioner includes experience in internal medicine, urgent care, and orthopedic spine surgery.

I have also completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Occupational Health Nurse Specialist Certification.  Away from the clinic, I enjoy traveling with my husband and daughters, shopping, and watching my daughters dance competitively.
